Carpaccio with Arugola and Cheese

One of the best in the Summer. No cooking, no baking. And one of my favorite dishes...


Step 1: Squeeze the Lemon and add the drop to the Olive Oil. Also, add Salt and Pepper.



Step 2: Pour the liquid from Step 1 over each Calf Slice, also position on the top Cheese Slices along with some Arugula Leaf.

Step 3: Put in the fridge for around 30 minutes. Then you can serve.

Important: Be sure that Calf is super fresh and the slices super thin. You are going to eat raw meat, but again it's going to be so fresh, thin and tasty that it will be better than the best prosciutto.

4 ounces Arugola
4 ounces Grana or Parmesan Cheese
half Lemon
6 spoons Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
