Mushroom Rice

Preparation for 4 people.


Step 1: Cut the Onions into small pieces, then brown them in the pan with oil. After a few minutes add Parsley, Salt, Pepper, and Mushrooms. Separately start boiling in Water the Vegetable Bouillon Cubes and prepare the Broth.



Step 2: Add to the Mushrooms half Butter, then Rice until it's enough toasted. After few minutes add White Wine.

Step 3: When the White Wine is evaporated add a spoon of Broth. Every time the Broth evaporates add a new spoon until it's finished.

The last touch, at the end, when the Rice is enough hot add Parmesan Cheese and the other half of Butter.
