Alfredo Sauce Demystified

After having been in so many fake Italian Restaurants it's my duty today to demystify the Alfredo Sauce.


Step 1: Boil the Pasta in water, and add a pinch of Salt.



Step 2: Mix the Prosciutto/Bacon with Cheese, Salt, and Pepper using the mixer.

Step 3: Heat a little bit the Cream you got from Step 2 into a pan, add some Parmesan until it melts. When the Pasta is cooked dump it(without water) into the pan and mix with Cream. Leave it for 3 minutes.

Suggestion: one last touch when you serve it is to add on top a little bit of Black Pepper or Parsley.
