Step 1: Heat up the Olive Oil in a large pan. Dip in Lemon each Chicken Breast and then into Bread Crumbs(until it sticks on both sides). Then dump the Chicken and leave to cook for around 5 minutes each side.
Step 2: Remove the chicken(you can use a plate on the side) and add in the previous pan(without removing the Oil) the Peppers, Garlic, Basil, Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix them up with Chicken and leave to cook for 3 minutes. After the 3 minutes add the Chicken back in the pan and mix with previous ingredients.
Step 3: Position slices of Mozzarella on the top of each Chicken Breast, until the Mozzarella is melted. Done!
Suggestion: When you serve them be sure to add on the top of each Breast some Pepper you get from the pan.
