Easy, Speedy Pizza

Finally for our 100th post our speedy Pizza! We are not going to use any "Manitoba" Flour, sorry, Canada you disappointed us...


Step 1: You are going to need a really large bowl. Put warm water into it. Then add the Yeast along with Sugar and Olive Oil. The Yeast will dissolve really soon, you can help yourself with a fork to press the Yeast.

Step 2: When the Yeast is totally dissolved add the Salt and start mixing the composition using your bare hands. After 10 minutes transfer the preparation into another bowl, which needs to have the Oil spread on its surface. Then cover the bowl with a plastic wrapper and put it into the oven(turned-off) for up to 1 to 3 hours(the longer the easier to digest).



Step 3: When you come back you will immediately see that the dough has grown, good job! Take a large baking tin(the classical one for Pizza) and spread all over Olive Oil, then pour the dough and spread it until it will cover the whole surface. Then wait for around 30 minutes.

From this point on your dough will be ready to use. You are free to add any ingredient you like(my favorites are Tuna, Onions, and Eggs). Then you can just bake it up for around 15-20 minutes.

1 spoon Olive Oil
