Handmade Egg Liqueur

Step 1: Whip the Eggs, Powder Sugar, and Vanilla together, until you get a dense cream.




Step 2: Add the Alcohol, Cognac, Marsala, and Milk, and mix all together.

Step 3: Boil the composition for 10 minutes. Then pour the preparation into a bottle and keep it in the fridge. Done!

Suggestion: as last touch you can add a little bit of Cinnamon on the top.

10 ounces Milk
3 ounces Alcohol
14 ounces Powdered Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
Cinnamon Powder(optional)
