Step 1: Whip the Cream up. Then add Milk and Nutella and mix them up.
Keep in the fridge for a few minutes until it's enough dense.
Step 2: For this procedure, you will not need any Gelato Machine. Just take the preparation from the fridge and mix it up. Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes. Repeat this operation for 2-3 times. (better if you keep the Gelato in some cup and cover with plastic wrap the whole time)
Step 3: When the Gelato is enough dense and "creamy" you can serve it. Time to add on the top some extra flavor like Hazelnut or Chocolate Powder.
