Vegan Burger the Italian Way

Step 1: Leave the Lentils in Water for around 2 hours. Then boil them.


Step 2: Mix the Egg, Lentils, Breadcrumbs, Paprika, Black Pepper, and Salt using the mixer. You can now shape the composition into Burgers.



Step 3: Fry the Burgers for 4 minutes. And finally put them in the Buns along with Fresh Tomatoes, Lattuce, Red Onions, Radishes and Cucumbers.

Done! Enjoy your healthy Vegan Burger!
