Super Easy Tomato Rice

Step 1: Clean and heat in a pan the Onions with Olive Oil, until the Onions are enough cooked on both sides. Then add Rice and toast it for 2-3 minutes.


Step 2: Add the Vegetable Broth and Tomato Sauce. Then add Salt and Pepper.

Step 3: When the preparation is enough mixed up and cooked add the Basil(and as optional the Black Olives). Done!

Suggestion: eat the rice along with a really thin Bread like the "Pizza Bread"(or in alternative the Pita Bread).
