It's Pizza but it's not Pizza, It's Pizzaiola!

Step 1: Cut the Garlic into small pieces. Dump the Garlic into the pan and start heating in Olive Oil, until the Garlic is enough yellowish(be careful not to burn it!).


Step 2: Pill and cut each Tomato into half, then add into the pan. Also add Rosmarin, Basil, 2 pinches of Parmesan Cheese and Salt. Put the lid on and leave to cook for 20 minutes.



Step 3: Add the last pinch of Parmesan and your Pizzaiola is ready.

Suggestion: You can eat it with meat or pasta, or as I'm used to doing... just dip the Garlic Bred!
