Spinach Chicken Strips

Step 1: Wash the Spinach and cut the Chicken into small Strips.


Step 2: Put into a bowl the Bread Crumbs along with a pinch of Salt. Then dip the Strips until the Bread Crumbs is uniformly spreaded.



Step 3: Cut Garlic into small pieces, and start heating them into Olive Oil until they start getting toasted. Then dump the chicken until it turns golden.

Step 4: Add the Spinach and Lemon Drops. From this time on you need to put the lid on, because the Chicken will be cooked inside through the vapor.
