Chocolate during Summer, it is possible

How many times I have desired Chocolate during Summertime.


In hot weather, the Hot Chocolate is too hot, and you can't eat Chocolate Ice Cream every day.

So what we do?

Simple answer: Cold Chocolate!

Step 1: Cut the Chocolate Bar into small pieces. Then melt it using boiled water or whatever method you prefer. (one simple technic is: put the chocolate into an aluminum pot, then put that pot inside another larger pot, with the latter filled with boiled water)



Step 2: Mix the Condensed Milk with the Melted Chocolate. Then add the Fresh Liquid Cream(non-whipped) and mix.

Step 3: Put the preparation in the fridge for around 30 minutes. When it's enough dense it's ready.

My suggestion: you can serve it in the cup and dip some cookies. Feel free to add some cacao or coconut powder on top of it.
