I love so much Coconut, can't remember how many times I have eaten Bounty Chocolate Bars just for the love for Coconut.
Well, today we are going to make something that is way, ways healthier than that and will drive crazy every Coconut Lover.
Step 1: Mix into a bowl Flour, Coconut Flour, Sugar, Vanilla, Baking Powder, and add a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Add the Egg and whip up. Then dump the Butter and Rum and mix all together until the preparation is dense enough.
Step 3: Make small balls pushing on both sides. And finally, cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F(180°C).
