As simple as Spaghetti Amatriciana

Never heard of Amatriciana? Shame on you!


Time to try it and fall in love...

Preparation for 4 people.

Step 1: Start with getting rid of the fat from the the Pig Cheeks/Bacon. And cut the rest into small pieces.



Step 2: Add oil, pepper and the Bacon pieces into the pot, and start heating. When the Bacon is enough cooked add the White Wine.

Step 3: Boil the Tomato Sauce then add the mixture from Step 2.

Step 4: Boil the Pasta and pour the content from previous steps along with Pecorino Cheese over. (leave a little bit of water from the Pasta to better melt the Pecorino)

Ready to go. Have fun!
