Bella Bella is Mortadella

I'm used to saying in this World there are two types of persons: Mortadella and Prosciutto.

So much well deserved talking about Prosciutto, but what about Mortadella?

Well, it's not as much known abroad as Prosciutto but it's to some extend even better and more complex than it. Not to mention the long tradition...

Born more than 800 years ago in Italy, in the Region of Emilia Romagna, it was conceived as the King of all Salami.

What makes so particular this piece of Haven is the Garlic, Pepper, and Pistachio aroma.

You can see the pistachio when slice it up, as soon as you do it the typical aroma will fill the room. It's so strong that after you touch Mortadella your hands will keep that smell for hours. (which is not a bad thing...)

The best fit for Mortadella is to use it as Panino filling, or you could use it in so many recipes.

And no, don't worry, you will not get fat! It has fewer calories than Pasta itself.

So what are you waiting for?
