Sea is important, but this Sea has something even more special.
I'm talking of the Mediterranean Sea.
We all say "Stay positive", "Relax". Of course, the environment affects a person's mood.
There is an interesting theory by the Scientific Community about the connection between Happiness and the Sea.
Some Neuroscientist think that it would be sufficient to look at the mesmerizing Mediterranean Sea to help the Brain generate substances, like Serotonin or Dopamine, typically responsible for that good feeling we all know as Happiness.
Following this theory, one would not only body but mind itself by living the Sea experience. (look at this amazing book "Blue Mind" by Wallace J. Nichols)
But what can specifically trigger that positive feeling?
Maybe a combination of smell, sounds of waves, not to forget the mesmerizing blue color. Have you ever tried some "Relaxing Sounds of Waves" on Youtube?
Life can be frenzied and stressful, so let's get our deserved prize and take a break.
The Mediterranean is right there, just waiting for us. Almost whispering and calling our names from far.
