There is too much fried food in our diet, time to change it!
Time for breaded food that is not fried.
It's Crocchette Time(Oven Made)!
You can serve up to 16 people with these quantities.
Step 1: Wash the Potatoes and boil them in salty water for 45 minutes.
Step 2: Wait until the Potatoes cool up, then pill and mash them up into a bowl. Then add 1 Egg, Parmesan, Pepper, and Nutmeg, and mix them up.
Step 3: Shape the result into small balls. Dip these lovely balls into 1 whipped Egg, then spread on the whole surface the Breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 356°F(180°C).
Enjoy! My advice: it can be a nice side dish, to eat along with steak!
