One thing I always do in Spring and Summertime is jogging and drinking Tea, a lot of Tea.
I tried any type of Tea, but one of the most refreshing ones is without a doubt the Peach Tea.
You have the opportunity here to use your self-cultivated Peaches!
Step 1: Cut your Peaches into pieces and boil them out in Water.
Step 2: Add Lemon Water and Sugar and keep boiling.
Step 3: When it is boiled add the Tea Bags and wait for around 5 minutes.
Step 4: Move the Tea into a bottle so you can put it in the fridge.
Your Tea is ready to be consumed along with some ice and mint!
