The Meatballs that don't make you fat...

From Soprano to Goodfellas, you may have seen some of the typical Italian-American Gangstar making gravy and eating endless Meatballs. Nice bellies, nothing to be wrong about. But there can be some type of Meatball that transcends the Law of Obesity?

I think I found the answer to such a question...

The following preparation is for 4-6 people!

Step 1: Pill and wash the Potatoes. Then boil them up until they are enough tender.

Step 2: Pill and wash the Zucchini and Carrots. Then boil them up, same as the Potatoes. (you must boil them into separate pots)

Step 3: Mash the boiled Potatoes. Then put them into a bowl and leave them until they are enough cooled up. While you wait cut the boiled Zucchini and Carrots into small pieces.

Step 4: Mix up Potatoes, Zucchini, and Carrots, time for the funniest part... Add some Basil Leaf and Salt, and mix up. Shape the result into small Meatballs. You will need to dip each Meatball in the Eggs Yolk and then the Breadcrumbs.(be sure the whole Meatballs surface is covered)

Step 5: Cook the Meatballs for 30 minutes at 200°(392°F) in the oven.

When the beauties are ready serve them adding other Fresh Basil Leaves.

My suggestion: this can be served as a side dish, or as a light·weight dinner.
