It's probably one of the simplest recipes to make.
And you can easily eat it alone or in sandwich aftermath.
(I'm talking about having it as a snack or a light way dinner)
The following preparation is for 4 persons.
Step 1: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Then whip them up using a fork. You can then dump grated parmesan and/or pecorino cheese. Add salt and pepper as much as you like. At this point you can get creative and add your "extra" ingredients, for instance vegetable and/or prosciutto depending on your preference.
Step 2: Pour olive oil(2-3 small spoons) into the pan and start heating (it's better if the pan is 10-11 inches large and non-stick). You can then dump the previous preparation into the pan, be sure to cover it with lid and leave it for 8 minutes. During such time slightly move the pan not to make stick the eggs.
Step 3: tip the pan to cook the other side for 8 minutes(you need to be really careful when switch side, to avoid breaking the frittata. You will get better over time!).
Step 4: dump the content onto a plate. It's time to slice it out, wait a bit, and enjoy...
