What strikes me is how few ingredients you need to prepare the most amazing dishes.
This is one of those cases.
You go back home after your working day to find out that your fridge is almost empty? What? Wait... let's check the food stock, how many of us always leave a canned tuna? This is time to put it to good use...
The following preparation is for 4 persons.
Step 1: Now, start with boiling the water for your spaghetti(and don't forget to add some salt!). While the water is boiling you open the canned tuna and get rid of the "unhealthy" oil in it. Cut the onions into small pieces. Then put a little bit of olive oil into the pan and dump your onions, and start using your fork not to make the onions burn. After a few minutes you can add the tuna and mix it up with onions.
Step 2: After a couple of minutes of Tuna and Onions you need tomato now. So dump that red beauty, aka "Tomato Sauce", into the pan. You have to wait 10 minutes now. While you are waiting it's time to switch to the boiling water to add your spaghetti(this part is simple, you just wait for the spaghetti to cook for how long specified on the package).
Step 3: Finally when pasta and sauce are cooked you can mix them up. The only last touch is to add some basil leaves on the top. That's it! Super easy! This beauty doesn't make you earn any weight!
