Cotoletta Milanese!

This time we explore a tradition from Milan: the so-called "Cotoletta Milanese". Bear in mind the traditional one has calf steaks, but you can easily replace it with other types of meat like pork, we are not picky here(and neither is your wallet...).

The following preparation is for 4 people.

Step 1: Whip the eggs in a bowl and add some salt.

Step 2: Dip each steak following this order: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs. Be sure that the breadcrumbs are well spread on the all surface of the steak, to do so push on both sides after the dipping in the breadcrumbs.

Step 3: Put a small piece of butter into the pan and start cooking the "cotoletta" in it. Be sure it's enough cooked on both sides(the breadcrumbs must not get too dark).

You can now serve it, my recommendation is to add some lemon drop. Enjoy!
